Fort Lawrence, South Carolina – Hog Catching
Tyrone Brown and Rashan Cummings of “Digi Digi Kennel” were there for the competition. There were 19 dogs entered and the group was made up of American Bulldog, Pit bull and Presa Canario, although there was reportedly one Dogo Canario in attendance (Oso).
The results of the Saturday event were:
1st place American Bulldog Time: 4 seconds
2nd place Pit bull Time: 4.37 seconds
3rd place Pit bull Time: 5.02 seconds
4th place Presa Canario (Digi Digi Reina) Time: 5.09 seconds
AKCM Dieogy
Trisha Anderson of Republic, Missouri, is the first person known to
have her Presa Canario male “Int. Ch. AKCM –Dieogy CGC, TD1
certified and recorded with the UPPCC in not only passing the AKC –
Canine Good Citizen criteria but, is the very first to successfully
accomplish the “Therapy Dog Program”. Trish worked exceptionally
hard to succeed in titling her dog and now looks forward to bringing
Dieogy to the Children’s Hospital and the Assisted Living facilities,
providing the ever needed well being a dog can offer.
